
The annual Weekend At Bertha's is a gathering celebrating counterculture and arts of a diverse variety and kind. The event is generally a three day camp out, and showcases musicians, artists, crafts and vendors from all over.

This event is BYOB. Must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcohol.

The following items will not be permitted: glass, weapons, illegal contraband, fireworks, or hardcases.
- Do not drink and drive - all single day tickets come with a complimentary night's option of camping on-site. You will be required to leave no later than 10am the following morning.

All weekend ticket holders and Sunday-only ticket holders must be off site by NOON on Monday, July 31.

This event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued.

Those 13 and under are free. This is a family-friendly festival, though minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

ADA accessible day parking and camping are available.

No fighting, rough housing, moshing or aggressive dancing.

No dogs except service dogs with certificate.

No bad attitudes, only good vibes welcome.

No vandalizing the property. "Pack-in, pack-out."

All campsite firepits must be above ground. There will be a community fire and drum circle.

Public, outside showers available for all patrons; the women are separated from the men.

There is potable water on-site near the Pavilion stage. Ice will be made available for purchase.

A misting tent will be on-site for the kids - and kids at heart.

No disrespecting the flag, veterans, or memorials present at this veteran ran and owned facility.

Cannabis is decriminalized in Delaware for adults 21 and over.​​
